Indeed, after an absence of six years, the Tour de France returns to the Barcelonnette Valley for two days of excitement and festivities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 18th stage, starting in Gap, capital of Hautes-Alpes, will end on Place Aim\u00e9 Gassier in Barcelonnette.
