It&#039;s <strong>adventure kayak<\/strong>&nbsp;par excellence ! This inflatable mini-raft has a streamlined shape, like a kayak, for good gliding. The basic design of the <strong>Raft pack<\/strong>  is suitable for treks in the great outdoors. Deflated in a backpack, it is light and allows access to wild rivers. It is a very stable boat and easier to maneuver than an Airboat kayak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Pack-raft-a-Barcelonnette-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Pack raft in Barcelonnette outing on the Ubaye\" class=\"wp-image-3145 size-full\" style=\"object-position:50% 50%\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>The Crazy Water rafting team <\/strong>tested the raft pack last summer, on all the Ubaye routes and even the extreme parts (for those in the know, Ex du haut and Ex du bas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">This season, we can therefore offer <strong>Pack Raft outings<\/strong> on the Ubaye, in a small group. Currently we are organizing outings over 2 days, with wild bivouac on the banks of the Ubaye.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Improvements on the base<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Base-de-rafting-au-Lauzet-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"refreshment bar at the crazy water rafting base at Lauzet Ubaye\" class=\"wp-image-3146 size-full\" style=\"object-position:50% 50%\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">La base de Crazy Water se peaufine avec l\u2019\u00e2ge\u00a0! Pour sa 16 \u00e8me saison, elle s\u2019est offerte un beau parking. Certes ce n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s sexy, mais tr\u00e8s pratique. La cr\u00e9ation de cette ouverture de 300 m2, permet d\u2019accueillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 v\u00e9hicules suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">For the Crazy Bubble part, wooden platforms were installed to better access the bubbles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">A new cabin has grown in the winter! Between the sanitary facilities and the shower, a bathroom space is created. Cloakroom, bathroom, to take the time to make yourself look beautiful. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">L\u2019aventure aquatique, toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 pour la saison 2026\u00a0?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Randonnee-aquatique.jpg\" alt=\"Water hike in the Gorges du Lauzet ubaye\" class=\"wp-image-3144 size-full\" style=\"object-position:50% 50%\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Last season we launched this new activity of \u201d<strong>floating<\/strong>\u201d, river swimming in the gorges <strong>of Lauzet Ubaye.<\/strong> The success was there\u2026everyone loved it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The Crazy Water river guides also appreciated this fun and playful activity. We will therefore continue the Aquatic Adventure this season, at least from August!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Most suitable white water activities depending on the period&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rafting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Rafting-lac-de-serre-Poncon-682x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Rafting in Serre Pon\u00e7on: come and discover the choices of white water\" class=\"wp-image-3150 size-full\" style=\"object-position:50% 68%\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sports.gouv.fr\/rafting-348\">Rafting<\/a><\/strong> is done throughout the season, from the beginning of April to the beginning of October. In spring it is the activity par excellence, the waves are beautiful and alone <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/en\/product\/rafting-ubaye-barcelonnette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rafting is practicable<\/a>. In July and August, rafting is suitable for families and sports enthusiasts, depending on the route.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hydrospeed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Hydrospeed-Barcelonette-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Here is some hydrospeed in Barcelonnette in the Alps with the crazy water rafting team\" class=\"wp-image-3152 size-full\" style=\"object-position:50% 50%\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">We start the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/en\/product\/hydrospeed-ubaye-barcelonnette\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hydrospeed activity<\/a> from the opening of Crazy. The water is cold but the thick wetsuits keep the body warm. It is even possible to have two neoprene pieces of equipment if necessary. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In June, the routes vary depending on the floods and their intensities. We always find the route best suited to you and the conditions of the day. July is the best time to <strong>practice hydrospeed<\/strong>. The water level is perfect. Generally this lasts until August 15\u2026once again it is nature that decides. For the second half of August, we stop the activity, except the day after rain, when the river level rises, but it is random.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The kayak raft<\/strong> \/ Hotdog<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill-element\" style=\"grid-template-columns:40% auto\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Kayak-a-Barcelonnette-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Kayak rafting descent in Barcelonnette with crazy water rafting\" class=\"wp-image-3151 size-full\" style=\"object-position:50% 50%\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>For the practice of these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crazywater-rafting.com\/en\/product\/kayak-raft-ubaye\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">single-seater boats <\/a>and two-seaters, the water level of the<strong>&#039;Ubaye<\/strong> should not be too high. The best period is from mid-July to the end of September. We can practice kayaking in spring, but on adapted routes, around <strong>Jausiers and Barcelonnette<\/strong>. At the end of summer, we like to offer this activity to athletes, when rafting on the Ubaye becomes too family-friendly.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The entire Crazy Family team looks forward to welcoming you this spring and summer.
