Half Day Rafting Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We welcome you to our ecological whitewater base Crazy Water Rafting<\/strong> in the village of Lauzet Ubaye (04340), next to Barcelonnette and Serre-Pon\u00e7on. If you are early, you will be offered a coffee at the Crazy Buvette Insolite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking is available to leave your vehicles on site. You will need your swimsuits and towels. We have all the rest of the equipment: neoprene suit in your size and the rest of the equipment: vest, helmet, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once transformed into super rafters, we take the shuttle to access the rafting courses downstream from Barcelonnette.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

Half-day morning rafting on the Ubaye at \u20ac95\/person<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you want to do the half day Rafting on Morning<\/strong>, the meeting is at 9:15 a.m. for an activity start at 9:30 a.m. and the return is around 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half-day afternoon Rafting on the Ubaye at \u20ac95\/person<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you want to do the half day Rafting in\u00a0afternoon<\/strong>, the meeting is at 1:30 p.m., and the activity takes place from 1:45 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., departing from Crazy Water Rafting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Challenge the clear and fast waters of the Ubaye<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Part 1: Descend the Incredible Best of Rafting course<\/strong>, from Martinet to Lauzet. Surrounded by lush vegetation, you can enjoy the legendary Ubaye route on 9 km of rapids<\/strong>. During the descent, aquatic activities<\/strong> are organized such as \u201cFloating\u201d (river swimming), rock jumping and a visit to a waterfall in aquatic hiking mode. The idea of this descent is to prepare you as best as possible for the very sporty course that will follow. Your guide gets to know his crew and gives you tips for paddling and mastering the raft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the first course, a small friendly snack<\/strong> (homemade fruit juice and cakes) will be served to you by your guide, to regain your strength before the rest of the adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd part: Embark on the most sensational rafting descent in France. On the route of the \u201cEx infran from the top\u201d<\/strong>, you will cross impressive class V rapids, with the supervision of your experienced guide. Do not panic ! With the warm-up of the first course, you will be true champions. Over 5 km of river, you will hurtle down intense and maneuverable rapids between Barcelonnette and Serre Pon\u00e7on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the second route, the shuttle will take you back to the Crazy Water base and the G\u00e9n\u00e9pi du Lauzet will be offered to you by your guide!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be able to view the photos of your Rafting descents<\/strong> on Ubaye and share your emotions. If you wish, the photo report will be on sale directly on site, by internet transfer. We only take photos on the first route, the second route closer to Barcelonnette being difficult to access on foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There Crazy refreshment bar<\/strong> is at your disposal at our reception area for a coffee or a drink, and you can enjoy our comfortable and welcoming eco-base. Before leaving, you won't forget to hug the guide!<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

To access the 5 km of the \u201csport course\u201d (class V), it is important to have been introduced to the Best Of discovery course. The river Ubaye being one of the sportiest in Europe<\/strong>, his sports course is an extreme course! This requires technique and poise. With dexterity, you pass impressive rapids and obstacles to avoid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We only offer the\u00a0Sports course<\/a>\u00a0from Ubaye to experienced teams and only to adults. Do not hesitate to contact us by telephone if you would like more details at 06.87.53.87.98. We are available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
